Below .75 GPM the flows look anemic.

Between 2-5 GPM the stream is fairly laminar and holds togeteher well the entire measured distance. As with most well behaved flows the water forms a chain like shape.

The spout can handle a considerable volume of water. Moving more that 5 GPM should not be a problem. Retaining a smooth flow then becomes a function of the plumbing and having a smooth flow in the supply line

Spout was plumbed with ¾ in. pipe using supplied bushing.
