At .75 GPM and 1 GPM the flow out of the spout appears too small in relation to the size of the spout.

Between 2-5 GPM the stream is a bit messy. Small drops of water drip off the bottom edge of the spout and drip down and forward a bit. The amount of drip and the direction may be influenced by the spout finish. There may not be a way to consistently control this

Beyond 6 GPM the water tends to flow cleanly off the edge, though there are some occasional drops off the edge and down.

The spout can handle a considerable volume of water. Moving more that 6 GPM should not be a problem.

Spout was plumbed with 1½ in pipe for all tests. Please be careful when using smaller pipe sizes as the this will change profile.
